When I relocated to Prescott, Arizona, after a lifetime in Michigan, I felt unmoored—without friends, family, or purpose beyond writing my book. Everything changed when I discovered Prescott's vibrant writing community.

Co-founding AZ Wordsmith with friends Janet Hopkins, Sue Favia and Steven Kartstein has been one of my most rewarding adventures. Few things are more rewarding than bringing people together to form friendships, especially when the common thread is a mutual love of writing and storytelling.
